The fee for the initial exam is $180.00. After your deposit is processed, the balance of $130.00 can be paid at the office at the time of your Initial Exam. If you prefer to cover the full fee for the initial exam now, you will have the option to do so.
A receipt will be sent via PayPal direct to your email, and a statement will be prepared upon your arrival at Beyond Wellness Chiropractic if needed for private insurance purposes.
